Meeting in the Georgian Distributors Business Association
International agriculture expert Nina Lehman, who is in Georgia at the invitation of Fruit Logistics, met with the President of the Georgian Distributors Business Association (GDBA) Iva Chkonia.At the meeting attended the founder of Fruit Logistics Nino Kapanadze and the head of the USAID agricultural waste management project Marita Kochlamazashvili.
The discussion touched upon the development of the distribution business and the challenges and prospects in this field. Iva Chkonia introduced the plans and tasks of the association to the guest and talked about the member companies, most of which represent international brands in the Georgian market. They also talked about the international experience in the distribution field and the local companies that are members of the association, which, in addition to the domestic market, carry out distribution outside Georgia.
Nina Lehman is the founder and CEO of the international consulting organization Farmentor, which has highly qualified experts in various agricultural and environmental issues. The organization advises countries around the world in 17 fields of agriculture and supports them in the implementation of agro-technical projects.
