Fruit Logistics visited the farms of local farmers in Kvareli

Fruits and vegetables grown in an ecologically clean environment are one of the most important conditions for the healthy life of all of us. To make such products available to consumers, Fruit Logistics actively cooperates with Georgian farmers, helping them to sell their crops, and supplying the market with natural agricultural products. For this purpose, we visited Balghojiani and Chikaani farms in Kvareli.

First, we visited the farm of farmer Avtandil Marakvelidze in Balghojiani, which includes 22 hectares of vineyards, fruits, vegetables and grain gardens. From May, Georgian cucumbers, zucchini and eggplants will be harvested at Balghojiani Farm, and in summer, different varieties of tomatoes, peppers, watermelons and melons are expected to be harvested.

At the end of May, picking green plum and types of peaches will start on the Chikaani farm. Farmers Besik and Guram Zandarashvili expect to harvest up to 350 tons from orchards. Their farm covers 23 hectares, where a Japanese persimmon garden is also grown.

Fruit Logistics ensures the supply of natural fruits and vegetables harvested in Kvareli farms to the market. The range of products packaged for sale in the trade networks is the Veggie brand.
