Fruit Logistics was visited by Nina Lehman, the founder and executive director of the international agricultural consulting organization Farmentor. The guest visited the company’s warehouse, refrigerators and raw fruit and vegetable processing plant. She expressed her interest in the cultivation and peculiarities of Georgian fruits and vegetables and tasted the jams made from them.
Nina Lehman, who provides high-level consulting services in the field of agriculture for the company, is in Georgia at the invitation of Fruit Logistics. The foreign expert will advise the company regarding the vocational education training center, which will be created this year based on Fruit Logistics. At the training center, applicants in the field of agriculture, as well as in management and logistics in this direction, will take training courses and receive appropriate qualifications.
Farmentor is an Israel-based organization with highly qualified, experienced experts in a wide range of agricultural and environmental issues. The organization advises countries around the world in 17 fields of agriculture and supports them in the implementation of agro-technical projects. Farmentor experts also provide training, seminars and educational courses in this field.
