Representatives of the US State Department visited Fruit Logistics as part of the visit to Georgia. The company visited Caucasus Assistance Coordinator, Daniel Keen, F Country Coordinator for Europe and Eurasia, Mica Annis, and Gender and Health Assistance Coordinator, Rachel Gagnon, with representatives from Gazelle Finance and USAID.
The guests met the founder of the logistics company, Nino Kapanadze, got to know the agricultural production warehouse and the fruit and vegetable processing plant, which for the development was partially funded by American investments. At the meeting noted that the American side plans to increase financial assistance for the development of similar businesses in Georgia. For Western partners, it is also an important that Fruit Logistics is a 100% female-owned business.
