Nina Lehman visited the newly opened branch of Fruit Logistics in Kakheti
International expert in agriculture, the founder of Farmentor, Nina Lehman, who came to Georgia from Israel at the invitation of Fruit Logistics, visited the newly opened branch of the company in Lagodekhi municipality. The representatives of the USAID agriculture program and the founder of Fruit Logistics, Nino Kapanadze were present with the guest.
A branch of Fruit Logistics was opened in Kakheti region in June, where fruits and vegetables are received from local farms and then transported to the capital city. The company plans to open a similar branch in Kartli at the end of August.
Today, Fruit Logistics helps more than 1 000 farmers in the sale of their products and carries out the logistics of about 500 types of agricultural crops during the year. By opening the company’s branches in the regions, Georgian farmers are allowed to engage in the mentioned process easily and coordinately.
